About Us

Established in 2012. We’ve been creating and selling on Etsy and at local markets and stores since 2012, but have been sewing for much longer. I have been very fortunate to have a patient mom to teach me how to sew, and then a mother-in-law to help expand those skills. 

We are located in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. All of our items are handmade on a small scale in my smoke-free but pet-friendly studio. I’ve started a new adventure - designing my own fabric! A lot of my items are now made of these designs. When I’m not sewing I’m drawing, swimming, gardening (starting a veggie garden this year!), or spending time on the water with my hubby. We have three cats that we absolutely love and adore. We post their shenanigans on Instagram.
